This policy applies to all orders placed on catscart.com and will be reviewed whenever our shipping rates or carrier partners change.


1. Processing Time ⌛

  • Orders placed before 2 p.m. IST are processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 2 p.m. or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
  • You’ll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as the parcel is handed to the courier.

3. Delivery Times 

  • Standard Shipping time – 4-5 business days
    • Metro Cities (Delhi-NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) – We try to deliver within 3-4 business days
  • Some remote PIN codes may take an extra 2-3 days.
  • Delivery estimates exclude Sundays and public holidays.

4. Serviceable Locations & Couriers 

We ship pan-India via Delhivery, Bluedart and Xpressbees.
If your PIN code becomes unserviceable, our support team will contact you within 24 hours to arrange an alternative or issue a full refund.


5. Tracking & Order Status 

Your tracking link activates within 12 hours of dispatch.
Can’t see movement after 24 hours? Email info@catscart.com or call +91 9958 144 688—we’ll investigate with the carrier.


6. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Parcels

  • Lost in transit: We’ll reship the items free of charge or process a full refund—your choice.
  • Visible damage on delivery: Note it on the courier’s manifest, take photos and contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement.
  • Delayed parcels: If tracking shows no movement for 7 consecutive days, reach out and we’ll expedite a resolution.
