About

A universe where only cats exist

We’re two unapologetic cat people who turned our living‑room brainstorms into India’s first all‑cat, all‑heart marketplace. Our Company name, Nitlo is also inspired from our in-house cat lords.  Catscart began with a simple wish: give Indian cat parents a corner of the internet built just for them and their furry overlords.

Built by cat people, for cat people

  • Powered by purrs, not investors: We bootstrap everything with midnight chai and the occasional head‑bump from our cats.
  • Where Cat Parents Level Up: From litter tips to laser‑pointer tactics, our blog already hosts expert‑reviewed articles. We are adding more such posts, videos and DIY hacks to help you raise a happier floof.

How we choose every product

  • Vetted by vets & behaviourists. If they don’t approve it, it never reaches the cart.
  • Field‑tested by Loki, our Chief Product Tester. If Loki won’t chase it, scratch it or nap in it, we won’t list it.
  • India‑friendly logistics. Superfast deliveries across India, cash‑on‑delivery, and customer service humans who actually reply.

Community over commerce

Catscart isn’t just a shop; it’s a living, breathing club‑house for Indian cat parents. Share the hacks that saved your curtains, swap vet recos, or send us that reel where your kitty turns into a roomba. We’ll feature the best stories on our blog and socials (with full credit, of course).

Our open‑claw promise

We’ll probably trip over a scratching post or two along the way—launch the wrong colour, misjudge a size, spell churu wrong (again). But we promise to:

  • listen first, fix fast
  • own our mistakes (and meme them)
  • keep learning from you, the real experts

If something feels off, meow at us—loudly. We’ll make it right with refunds, replacements or, if nothing else works, unlimited cat GIFs.

Join the pride

Whether you’re a first‑time kitten guardian or a seasoned paw‑rent, we’re thrilled you’re here. Browse, read, rant, recommend—this space is yours as much as ours. Welcome to the family, and may your home forever echo with tiny paw‑steps and big purrs.
