We get it — sometimes, even your cat changes her mind.

🕒 Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging
  • In the same condition you received it
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Unfortunately, we can't accept returns for opened pet food, treats, or used hygiene items (you understand, right?).

🚚 Return Shipping

Raise the return request via chat option or by emailing us at nitlo.care@gmail.com. We will share the return pick-up details within 48hrs of your request.  Pick-up is free of charge - Catscart covers all courier fees.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • If rejected (e.g., product used or damaged), we’ll return it back to you at your cost.
  • 🔄 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order.

📦 Damaged / Incorrect Products

Received something broken or not what you ordered? We’re paws-itively sorry.
Reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery at info@catscart.com with your order number and a photo — we’ll make it right, meow!
